Epica TOP 10!

Primeiramente: FELIZ DIA DO ROCK!!! Bom, como tem muita banda boa por aí, resolvi falar da minha preferida: o Epica. Tem alguns sete anos que eu conheço a banda. Como eu não tenho muito o que falar da banda por si só, resolvi fazer um TOP 10 das minhas músicas favoritas.
First of all: HAPPY ROCK N' ROLL DAY!!! Well, as you all know, there are a lot of really good bands out there, so I decided to talk about my favourite one: Epica. It's been a few seven years that I know the band. As I don't have much to talk about the band itself, I decided to create a TOp 10 with my favourite Epica songs.



10 - Quietus
Essa música tá no segundo disco do Epica, o Consign to Oblivion. Foi uma das minhas primeiras favoritas do Epica.
This song is on Epica's second album Consign to Oblivion. It was one of my first favourite Epica songs.

9 - Another Me
Essa música também é do Consign to Oblivion. Em geral, gosto muito das letras do Epica, principalmente dessa, porque elas sempre tem uma crítica por trás. AMO isso!! ^^
This song is also from Consign to Oblivion. In general, I really like Epica's lyrics, specially this one, because it always comes with some kind of critic. I LOVE that!! ^^

8 - Sancta Terra
Essa música já é do terceiro álbum, o The Divine Conspiracy. Essa música bem épica!! ^^

Essa música parece que foi tirada da trilha de O Senhor dos Aneis - até achei um video montagem!
This song looks like was taken from The Lord of The Rings soundtrack - I even found a fan made video!

6 - Beyond Belief

Essa também é do The Divine Conspiracy. Quando eu ouvi o álbum pela primeira vez, essa foi a primeira em que eu viciei!!

5 - Illusive Consensus

Essa eu acho que eu não preciso falar nada!! Só os vocais da Simone Simons me convencem de que essa música é boa!

This one I think I don't have to say anything!! Simone Simons's vocals alone convinced me that this is a good song!

4 - Blank Infinity

Essa daqui é outra que não precisa dizer nada!! O que me convenceu foi o coral e a orquestra!!! ^^

Essa foi simplesmente a primeira música que eu ouvi do Epica!

This was the very first Epica song I've ever listened to!

Não falo nada dessa música só que adooro!!!

Essa música é MUITO grande!! A magnitude dela vai além do tempo - que você não vê passar!! Só uma coisa a dizer: *.* MEUS OLHOS BRILHAM COM KINGDOM OF HEAVEN!!! *.*

Esse post é em homenagem à atriz holandesa Carice van Houten. Faz alguns dois anos que eu assisti ao filme A Espiã. Em uma cena, ela aparece cantando a música Ich Bin die Fesche Lola de Marlene Dietrich - AMEI! Sempre gostei muito de músicas dos anos 20 e nem preciso dizer se eu gosto de música em alemão - é meio óbvio. Enfim, A Espiã foi um dos melhores e mais realistas filmes sobre a Segunda Guerra Mundial que eu já vi - por ser em alemão (holandês e inglês). Depois desse filme, assisti Black Death (não sei o nome em português) que tem também o Sean Bean. Sobre Sean Bean: que que esse cara tem que só faz filmes medievais? Primeiro foi O Senhor dos Aneis, depois Game of Thrones e agora Black Death - queremos saber, produção!! Enfim... ao final de A Espiã, Carice van Houten canta a música Ja, Das Ist Meine Melodie, de Ilse Werner. Resultado: VICIEI nessa música do dia!
P.S.: Acho ela super parecida com a atriz brasileira Camila Morgado!

This post is about the Dutch actress Carice van Houten. It's been a few couple of years that I watched the movie Black Book (Zwartboek). In a scene, she is singing Marlene Dietrich's song Ich Bin die Fesche Lola - LOVED IT! I always liked the 20's songs and I don't even have to say that I like German songs - it's kinda obvious. Anyways Black Book is one of the best and most realistic World War II movies I've ever seen - just for being in German (Dutch and English). After this movie, I watched Black Death which Sean Bean is also in it. About Sean Bean: what's with this guy that he's only in medieval movies? First it was The Lord of the Rings, then Game of Thrones and now Black Death - we wanna know, peeps!! Anyways... at the end of Black Book, Carice van Houten sings a Ilse Werner's song Ja, Das Ist Meine Melodie. Result: I'm HOOKED ON this song of the day!

P.S.: I think she's super looks like the Brazilian actress Camila Morgado!
