Pra quem não sabe, Imaginarium é o filme/CD do Nightwish. O filme conta a história de um compositor com uma imaginação de outro mundo (uma coisa meio Alice no País das Maravilhas). Ele é velho, mas ainda acha que é um menino. Pelo que parece, é um musical, mas eu não tenho certeza. Bom, como eu moro no Brasil, com certeza o filme não vai sair no cinema (Lei de Murphy). Isso significa que existe uma possibilidade de a gente ter que esperar o lançamento em DVD (se é que o filme vai ser lançado em cinema). Enfim.... o lançamento está previsto para 2012. O filme é baseado no próximo álbum do Nightwish, que agora estão em Londres gravando a parte de orquestra. O que eu acho foda nos 3 últimos álbums (Once, Dark Passion Play e Imaginarium) é que a orquestra é a mesma que gravou as trilhas de Harry Potter e Senhor dos Aneis.... haja grana!!!! xD No site, eles postaram novas fotos das gravações.
For those who don't know, Imaginarium is Nightwish's movie/album. The movie's about a songwriter with an imagination from another world (something like Alice in Wonderland). He's an old man, but still thinks he's a young boy. Well, as I live in Brazil, I'm sure the movie won't get to the movies around here (Murphy's Law). That means there's a possibility that we'll have to wait until they release it on DVD (if the movie gets to the teathers). Anyway.... the release is estimated for 2012. The movie is based on Nightwish's forthcoming album , which now they are recording the orchestral part. What I think that's kicking ass on Nightwish's last 3 albums (Once, Dark Passion Play and Imaginarium) is that the orchestra is the same one that recorded the soundtracks of Harry Potter and Lord of The Rings... they DO have money!!! xD On their website, they posted some photos of the recordings.

Não tenho criativiade pra escrever sobre outra coisa, então, vai Supernatural mesmo!
A sexta temporada tem sido um pouco chata, enrolando demais, MAS.... Agora tá ficando bom!!! Dean (Jensen Ackles) voltou a ser sarcástico e irônico como sempre! Êêêê!!! Tá certo... tem algumas piadas do Dean que eu não entendo, mas isso é porque a cultura dos EUA é COMPLETAMENTE diferente da cultura brasileira. Tem piadas que não podem ser traduzidas. Deve ser por isso que eu DETESTO a maioria dos filmes de comédia dos EUA. Mas, às vezes no Supernatural, a cara do Jensen Ackles me faz rir. Meu primo ontem tava me contando: a cena do gatinho (04x06: Febre Amarela)... Só me lembro da cena!! ADORO a cena do gatinhoo!!! xD Só imagino o Jensen Ackles em um filme de comédia!!
I don't have creativity to write about anything else, it'll be Supernatural! The sixth season has been a little boring, too slow, BUT.... Now it's turning good!!! Dean (Jensen Ackles) came back being sarcastic and ironic as usual! Yay!!! Right, there are some Dean's jokes I don't get, but that's because USA's culture is COMPLETELY different from Brazilian's. There are jokes that can't be translated. It must be because of that that I HATE most of USA's comedy movies. But, sometimes on Supernatural, Jensen Ackles's face. Yesterday, my cousin was telling me: the kitty's scene (04x06: Yellow Fever)... I just remember it!! I LOVE the kitty's scene!!! xD I only imagine Jensen Ackles on a comedy movie!!

Hoje o post é curtinho porque eu estou sem tempo e sem inspiração! ^^
Dessa vez, vou falar da Lauren Cohan. Pra quem não sabe, ela fazia a Bela Talbot na terceira temporada de Supernatural e, até quinta-feira, a Rose em The Vampire Diaries. Meu Deus, que personagem boba foi a Rose! Mas, coitadinho do Damon.... Ele sofreu com a morte da Rose... eu não... a Lauren Cohan é uma boa atriz, mas esse papel não combinou muito com ela. Primeiro porque a personagem em si era meio boba e segundo porque cabelo curto não combina com ela! #FATO! Nessa foto, por exemplo, é de quando ela fazia a Bela Talbot ( que podia ter ficado um pouquinho mais na série) - bem melhor! A Bela Talbot, apesar de eu ter a xingado muito, era muito massa! Dean Winchester fala: "Você é uma ladra" (algo assim) e Bela Talbot responde: "Não. Uma ÓTIMA ladra!". É desse tipo de diálogo que eu sinto falta nas novas temporadas!
Today's post is short because I'm out of time and inspiration! ^^ This time, I'm talking about Lauren Cohan. For those who doesn't know, she played Bela Talbot onSupernatural's third seasonand, until Thursday, she was Rose on The Vampire Diaries. OMG, what a dull character! But, poor Damon... She suffered her death... I didn't... Lauren Cohan is a good actress, but this part didn't match her so much. First because the character itself was a little dull and second because she doesn't match short hair. #FACT! On this picture, for instance, was taken when she was Bela Talbot (who could've stayed a little bit longer on the series) - way better! Bela Talbot, despite cursing her a lot, was cool! Dean Winchester says: "You're a thief" (something like this) and she answers: "No. A GREAT thief!". It's that kind of dialog that I miss on the new seasons!

Simplesmente AMEI Moulin Rouge!! Amo musicais e, sem sombra de dúvidas, foi um dos melhores que eu já vi! Vou listar aqui o meu TOP 5 de musicais!! xDD
Actually, I started liking Nicole Kidman because of my cousin who's HOOKED on her! Since I watched The Others (I think it was this one) I started trusting her movies. I just LOVED Moulin Rouge!! I love musicals and, no doubt, it was one of the best ones I've ever watched! I'm listin here my Musicals TOP 5!!! xDD

1-Across The Universe (EUA - 2007)
Esse musical tem as músicas dos Beatles e se passa na década de 60, em plena Guerra do Vietnã. É estrelado por Evan Rachel Wood e Jim Stugrass e conta com a participação de Bono Vox. É um filme bem psicodélico, mas foi uma história muito bem feita. Nota: os personagens têm nomes presentes em músicas dos Beatles e os personagens lembram artistas de Woodstock (principalmente Jimi Hendrix e Janis Joplin). A melhor música do filme é Let It Be, cantada por Carol Woods e Timothy T. Mitchum.
This musical has The Beatles's songs and is placed on the 60's, on the Vietnam War. It's starred by Evan Rachel Wood and Jim Sturgess and counts with Bono Vox's featuring. It's a very psicodelic movie, but it's a really well created story. Note: the character's names are from The Beatles's songs and they remind Woodstock artists (specially Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin). The best song in the movie is Let It Be, sung by Carol Woods and Timothy T. Mitchum.
2-Ópera do Malandro (Malandro, Brasil – 1986)
Eu não me lembro muito desse filme (que eu vou assistir essa semana). A história se passa durante a Ditadura Militar brasileira no Rio de Janeiro. Na verdade, só pelo autor das músicas que o compõe (Chico Buarque de Hollanda) vale a pena assistir. Mas, como eu sou meio fanática por filmes brasileiros, eu assisto a todos, mas muitos me decepcionam... mas isso não vem ao caso! O filme é estrelado por Edson Celulari, Cláudia Ohana, Ney Latorraca e, acreditem, ELBA RAMALHO! A melhor música é a cantada pela Elba Ramalho com a Cláudia Ohana, O Meu Amor.
I don't remeber this movie verry well (which I'm watching this week). The story is placed during brazilian's Dictatorship on Rio de Janeiro. Actually, only knowing who the song's author is (Chico Buarque de Hollanda) is worth watching. But, as I'm a brazilian movies junkie, I watch every one, but many disappoint me... but that's not the case! The movie starrs Edson Celulari, Cláudia Ohana, Elba Ramalho and Ney Latorraca. The best song is sung by Elba Ramalho and Cláudia Ohana, O Meu Amor.
3- Mamma Mia! (EUA – 2008)
Na verdade, eu nem quis saber quem estava atuando nesse filme!! Só vi um musical com as músicas do ABBA!! AMO ABBA!! Na verdade, eu gosto de muitas coisas que algumas pessoas da minha idade nunca ouviram falar, mas eu não me importo e isso também não vem ao caso! Depois que eu vi o poster do filme e descobri que tinha a Meryl Streep e o Pierce Brosnan, não pensei nem uma vez: arrastei minha mãe e o meu primo pro cinema! Meu primo ainda ficou com raiva de mim e da minha mãe, porque a gente cantava TODAS as músicas. Depois de ver esse filme pela milésima vez, eu descobri que a Julie Waters fez a Molly Weasley no Harry Potter!! Elenco: Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Julie Waters, Colin Firth, Stellan Skårsgard, Pierce Brosnan, Dominic Cooper e Christine Baranski.A melhor música do filme, sem sombra de dúvidas é a The Winner Takes It All, que resume a história da Donna e do Sam e retrata o auge do ABBA.
Actually, I didn't even wanted to know who was on the movie!! Just saw a musical with ABBA's songs!! ILOVE ABBA!! Actually I like things most people of my age never heard about, but I don't care and it does not fit in here! After seeing the movie poster and finding out that Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan were on it, I didn't even think once: I dragged my mother and my cousin to the movies! My cousin got mad at me and my mother because we kept singin every single song on the movie. After seeing this movie for the thousandth time, I found out that Julie Waters played Molly Weasley on Harry Potter!! Cast: Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Julie Waters, Colin Firth, Stellan Skårsgard, Pierce Brosnan, Dominic Cooper and Christine Baranski. The best song on the movie is The Winner Takes It All, with no doubts of it. This song tells everything about Donna and Sam's story and represents ABBA's golden age.
4-Sweeney Todd: O Barbeiro Demoníaco da Rua Fleet (Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, EUA - 2007)
Na verdade, assisti por causa do trio Johnny Depp, Tim Burton e Helena Bonham Carter. Nem sabia que se tratava de um musical, MAS... valeu a pena! É bem difícil decidir a melhor música, mas eu gosto bastante da A Little Priest. Foi nesse filme que eu percebi: todo ator britânico esteve fadado a fazer Harry Potter (no elenco eu coloco os nomes dos personagens). Elenco: Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter (HP: Belatrix Lestrange), Alan Rickman (HP: Severus Snape), Timothy Spall (HP: Rabicho), Sacha Baron Cohen (que é ótimo fora do Borat) e tem também o Jamie Campbell, que fez o Caius em Lua Nova e no Harry Potter fez o Grindlewald.

Chorei nesse filme. Quem assistiu sabe porque. A Nicole Kidman me surpreendeu!! Não tem muito o que falar dele, a grandiosidade da produção é evidente só de assistir o trailer. As adaptações das músicas feitas para o filme foi sensacional. Eu tinha um professor de inglês que achava que o Moulin Rouge tinha estragado a Your Song do Elton John. Eu discordo! Pode não ser a melhor versão, mas é ótima! Elenco: Nicole Kidman, Ewan McGregor, John Leguizamo, Jim Broadbent e Richard Roxburgh. A melhor música desse filme é a El Tango de Roxanne. Não sei quem canta, mas é um tango e, depois que eu fui a Buenos Aires, me apaixonei por tango!!
I cried on this movie. Who watched knows why. Nicole Kidman surprised me!! I don't have much to talk about it, its greatness is obvious only by watching the trailer. The song's adaptations for the movie were sensational. I had an English teacher who said the movie killed Your Song from Elton John. I disagree! It's not the best version, but it's great! Voltando à Nicole Kidman... um dos melhores filmes que eu já assisti com ela foi Austrália. Muita gente disse que foi uma mancha na carreira da Nicole Kidman, mas eu discordo. Achei o Reencarnação um dos piores filmes que eu já assisti! A Nicole Kidman poderia ter passado sem essa! Como estou falando de Austrália, tenho que falar do Hugh Jackman.. xDD Sempre gostei dele, desde que eu assisti X-Men. Depois assisti Kate & Leopold e MEODEUS! Quando assisti Austrália, achei o Vaqueiro super Hugh Jackman!! xD Quero mais filmes com o Hugh Jackman e Nicole Kidman!!
Getting back to Nicole Kidman... one of the best movies I've ever watched with her is Australia. Many people think that it was a stain on her carreer, but I disagree, I thought Birth was one of the worst movies I've ever watched! Nicole Kidman could live without this one! As I'm talking of Australia, I have to talk about Hugh Jackman... xDD Always have liked him, since I watched X-Men. Then I watched Kate & Leopold and OMG! When I watched Australia, I thought that the Drover was super "Hugh Jackman"!! xD I want more movies with Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman!
Aproveitando a deixa do Ópera do Malandro, a música do dia é do Chico Buarque. Acho as músicas do Chico super com cara de domingo. Quando eu era pequena e a gente ia pra casa da minha avó, meu avô e meus tios costumavam colocar esse tipo de música, daí fica com cara de domingo pra mim! Me lembro de coisas boas da minha infância, como as balas furrebas que meu avô dava pra gente e o pirulito de caramelo do Zorro!! xD Essa música parece de criança, mas eu discordo (não sei porque). Me lembra do meu avô e, por isso, eu gosto!
Taking the leave on Malandro, today's song is Chico Buarque's. I think Chico's songs are Sunday songs. When I was little and we went to my grandma's house, my grampa and my uncles used to play this kind of songs, so it's Sunday song to me! I remember good thing of my childhood, like the cheap candies my grandfather bought us and a Zorro lollypop!! xD This song looks like children's song, but I don't think so (don't know why). It reminds me of my grandfather and, for that, I like it!
